I Have ordered vox-501 mobilefrom naptol and i got the delivery. the received mobile dosent have proper seal on the pack. when we operated the phone the battery is showing low. we have charged to full battery-powered but with win in few minutes again the battery is showing low and switching off. also the voice is not clear while speaking from the received phone. i have called up naptol customer care they told to return the mobile to mumbay and send the address, why should i pay for the courier for the faulty product, there is no proper response received from naptol customer care, i have couried the phone to the said address and got confirmation that they have received the material, its almost 1 week past so far i have not received my money back. i am not satisfied with the received mobile nor the kind of service provided by naptol. i want my money back as early as possible. i have lost trust on naptol products.
