Hi,

I tried buying lens from lenskart on Jan 1st 2012. My id there is lalitbansal@gmail.com.

I made 3 transactions each of INR 800. While 2 of them got through, one of
them failed (the first one i think) but the money got deducted for all 3 of them.
That money has not been credited back into my account. Its been more than
35 days now. I was told that they will revert back but i have not received my money yet. Everytime I call them their servers dont seem to work or they tell me to have patience. Now they closed my complaint without resolving it.

Here are the details of the transactions:
