    I have paid money to 100bestbuy.com on 2 Octomber 2011 for Online shopping against Delivery of Order No. 152455 but till date I have not received the parcel.


    Company has send me parcel on COB basis but I have refused to take delivey as a was already paid money by netbanking. From last 3 Month I am daily chasing with company but I am not getting any responce.


    I hope you will help me. If require I can forward trailing email of follow up to you.

    Hi,

    I got a call from 100 best buy that i have got an apple ipod which would be delivered to me in next 7 days and i have to pay rs 1050 as handelling charges and taxes, i was delivered a parcel which was sealed. when i opened it there was nothing except a fake Ipod and a 2 GB memory card. Then i have mail to care@100bestbuy.com and service@100bestbuy.com but I am not getting any response from 100 best buy Please help.
