I ordered a handset Blackberry storm 9530 with 3G from timesdeal(Times Of India). order no-201201301747578.
the product i received has many defects..the jack and the charging point has dust,upper and lower end of the screen has gaps in it..
there are scratches near camera(backside) and near the battery.Customer care is not ready to take any action and are ignoring the issue.Kindly replace it or give the provision to return it back.
kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
