Dear Sir,
I ordered a 16 GB pen drive . My Transaction Id : 2099577
But I am sorry to say that the content was missing from the package.
When I observed the package carefully I saw that the package was damaged internally ( and not externally ) which was not easy to observe. The reason behind this is that the product was just wrapped with a paper ,then the invoice and then a polythene cover with stapled in sideways.So the damage was hidden with the invoice.Comparing it with the packaging done by other e-commerce sites,it can't be justified in any way.
I gave my feedback just a few moments after i received the product. On the basis of the feedback they called me and asked about the snapshots,which I sent them in mail to their mail ID . But now they aren't responding to me and since they don't provide any contact number on their website so mailing remains the only option to choose.
I request you to please take strict action against them,and publish the whole incident on web so that they take a lesson from it and improve their system ( contact number,packaging,etc.)
I hope you will try to forward my concern in a more appropriate way for which I am attaching the asked snapshots with this post.
