Frequently I am dialling Customer care number, that fellows are giving all BULL SHIT reasons and asking me call next day to know the exact status.
Complaint Number PH1101120081.
Please let me know the status immediately OR cancel the order and return money.
I hate this type of behaviour and may be this is my last ONLINE shopping.

I didnt get any info about the product till now.
As usual today also I have called your customer care and they are giving Ridiculous answers, like we will get back to after consulting concerned department.
What is this Concerned department and who is resposible person, please give his number.
Please dont give any Diplomatic or Idiotic answer, just let me know will you send the Pendrive or will you give my money back.
I have also sent a mail to customer care manager jithender.rao@indiaplaza.com, but no use.

I ordered 2 quantities of a book with Indiaplaza, Order No.I08021201855. When i received my shipment on 10-Feb-2012, I found only one book whereas i had already paid
for 2 books. I have raised a complaint with them, Complaint No. CNT1002120111 regarding my missing item. I have not got any communication from them regarding my missing item till date. Everyday I am calling their [COLOR=#009900 !important]Customer Care number[/COLOR] twice though i get a constant unaltered reply " Your missing item would be shipped today".
I regret to say that I have not experienced such a pathetic [COLOR=#009900 !important]customer service[/COLOR] with any of the online retailers with whom i have placed orders.
Indiaplaza is totally unprofessional, Unethical and Customer Un-Friendly
