Both the above orders were made on 17th Jan 2012 and paid in advance by net banking amount totaling to Rs8524/- they have shipping policy and delivery within 10days but unfortunately i still havent received my product and no one answers there customer service number 033-40166500 or even to my emails please see the chain attached.

I was browsing the number of complaints made against this firm which i should have seen prior to making a order of this amount. I sincerly need your help in having this issue resolved
