I made a recharge of rs. 250 on my mobile no. 9417872408. during making payment the page got blocked. and i was charged 260 from my bank account but no recharge was done on my mobile. Neither the order no. was generated at the site nor any mail was recieved from them. I tried to contact freecharge but they were demanding order id in the mandatory field so i was not able to do that either. I tried to call PNB tol free no. but no 1 was recieving call. When i contacted BSNL,my service provider they too done nothing. I usually do all my recharge from freecharge.in but now onward i will not do that
