Dear Sir,

I have ordered a "Philips Stubble & Beard Trimmer QT4019" from "indiaplaza.com" on 2nd jan 2012 to Room no. 345 Second floor Vrindavan Hostel near Vrindavan Colony JSPL road, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh,496001 with order number IN0201120818 and they shipped my Consignment via bluedart on 06-Jan-2012 as per the notification e-mail from indiaplaza through consignment number 43829995134 . After passage of 5-6 days i'll get a e-mail from bluedart that my shipment is delivered in Gurgaon on 11 jan 2012 .
After viewing this e-mail i'll call the indiaplaza's customer care support and even after registering complaints i'm unbale to get any response from customer care and they keep on saying sir please call after 2-3 working days as we are trying to sort out this problem and they can't even cancel my order and refund my money which i already paid to them of amount Rs.1119 via SBI internet banking .

When i check the status of my order on indiaplaza's website it shows "shipped" where as if i check status on bluedart's website via consignment number 43829995134 then it shows "Delivered in Gurgaon"

So, Sir i'll request you to please sort out this problem as soon as possible .
