I have give an order for ifb washing machine on timtara web site on the date of 19/12/2011 but then after I do not get any response from their so I had cancel the order on the date of 23/12/2011, but still I do not get my refund in my account & when ever I am tiring to call them they give me answer that you will get on saturday but on the date on 07/01/2012 I do not get refund then they give me commitment of date 14/01/2012 after that they(some of ms paramita in customer care on 033-40166500) commit that the payment done on 21/01/2012 then she committed for date 28/01/2012 but still today on the date of 02/02/2012 I do not get my refund so please help me for refund from timtara the order details are mention below.
Now the status of their web site is changed to payment refunded but still today i do not get my payment back in my account & still they lies & always giving new date for the same.

product is = ifb 6563 washing machine(ifb 6563 washing machine)
total price = rs. 13,299.

Please help me for get my money back.
