I have purchased one Blackberry bold 9000 phone for Rs.7990/- from Sunwebsolutions ,kolkatha on ebay on Mar 6th '12.
I paid through Paisapay (paisapay id 30977524438). The seller shipped the item on Mar 7th and I received it on Mar 17.The phone stopped working on Apr 19th. When informed Ebay they told that they can't do anything as only for 30 days they can provide cover for the purchases and after 30th day nothing can be done.
Seller agreed to repair the item and I sended it back to them on Mar 24th in the below address

By DTDC courier , docket no.V08812302 dated 24.03.12.The seller has acknowledged the receipt of the item by mail.
Now the problem is that , its been a month since they have received the item and the seller is not able to repair or replace the product.They are not ready for a refund and not willing to give a time limit by when they will be able to repair the phone or give a replacement.
I have been communicating to Bharat Hirani ,Ricky , Rahul & Rajeev.
Every week a new person attends the phone if they know its me, and I have to tell the whole story to them again and again. Such harrasing!!!! I have paid enough for my mystake for buying from a fraud seller.Now considering on suing them.
