    Thank You for reading my post. Here, I want write about sunwebsolutions who cheated me and didn't deliver my product after wasting a lot of time. Let me first explain the whole story. I ordered the NOKIA BH-503 from sunwebsolutions through ebay.in on 2nd of November 2011. the first mail that I have got from ebay is follows-

    Thank you for paying with PaisaPay for eBay order (PaisaPay ID 30193517407)
    Dear rabijit,

    This email confirms that you made a PaisaPay payment to the following seller for the total amount of Rs. 1,098.00 using State Bank of India online bank transfer.

    then I got a SMS from ebay in my phone from notifying that the seller had shipped the product in first flight courier(parcel no. E24200193) on 3rd November 2011.

    I tracked the parcel in first flight websiteand found that it had been delivered to Bangalore on 4th Nov.(You Can still found the same at the first flight website). Then I called sunwebsolutionns asking for the status of my item on 14th of November. they then mailed to firstflight asking for status and forwarded the same mail to me on 14/11/2011. Here, I am attaching all my communications with sunwebsolutions through mail-
    (However in between, I got two mails from ebay, which I checked later, regarding confirmation of the item received)

    The parcel no. E24200193 shows on website that parcel is delivered to Bangalore but the parcel destination was
    new delhi. I would like you to update me as to the reason for this mixup and immediately update me the status of the

    Here, In the last mail I didn't mean what I have written and was expecting a call or a mail from them.
    (In between I have wasted a lot of time talking to sunwebsolution person, Bharat, and on 8th of December he even told me that they would resend the item and would send me a gift (USB webcam)because of my cooperation with them)

    Here, I request you to investigate my complaint and take necessary action against the guilty.
    (N.B. I have attached the P.O.D. that have been mailed to me)

    Default Complaint Against Sunwebsolutions Kolkatha

    I have purchased one Blackberry bold 9000 phone for Rs.7990/- from Sunwebsolutions ,kolkatha on ebay on Mar 6th '12.
    I paid through Paisapay (paisapay id 30977524438). The seller shipped the item on Mar 7th and I received it on Mar 17.The phone stopped working on Apr 19th. When informed Ebay they told that they can't do anything as only for 30 days they can provide cover for the purchases and after 30th day nothing can be done.

    Seller agreed to repair the item and I sended it back to them on Mar 24th in the below address

    By DTDC courier , docket no.V08812302 dated 24.03.12.The seller has acknowledged the receipt of the item by mail.

    Now the problem is that , its been a month since they have received the item and the seller is not able to repair or replace the product.They are not ready for a refund and not willing to give a time limit by when they will be able to repair the phone or give a replacement.

    I have been communicating to Bharat Hirani ,Ricky , Rahul & Rajeev.

    Every week a new person attends the phone if they know its me, and I have to tell the whole story to them again and again. Such harrasing!!!! I have paid enough for my mystake for buying from a fraud seller.Now considering on suing them.
