    I have ordered 'Designer Watch' through 100bestbuy.com by online shopping. (on behalf of Sakthivel)
    I have ordered on Nov 1, 2011. But still I didn't receive the product from 100bestbuy.

    They provide one reference number for tracking the order in Blue Dart Express Limited
    I have checked the same in bluedart portal; but there is no corresponding reference is available in search result of bluedart portal.
    (Means it's saying 'Reference Number Found')

    Please help me to get the product from the 100bestbuy.

    I have attached the reference screenshot herewith for your reference.

    I have raised a complaint on 24-Jan-2012 but still i didnt receive any response the 100bestbuy.
    Please let me know, how to file a complaint against 100bestbuy. I have all the proof for my ordered product.

    Unhappy 100bestbuy.com cheated me

    I got a call from 100bestbuy.com on a busy day and they said I won the Sony 2GB iPod with display worth Rs.1600 for Rs 950 and dispatching the same now in COD. Aramex courier came to my home after 3 days and delivered the same and took money as well. Then I opened the package and found a non-branded mp3 clip player without display and a 2GB mSD card, which is worth 30% of the money I paid, Also the mp3 player is in broken stage and not working too.

    I sent multiple mails and tried to contact them thru phone and no response.

    I am completely dissatisfied with this purchase.

    I dont recomend anyone buying any item thru this site.

    I have rasied a complaint on 24-Jan-2012 in this forum and I got a BLUE DART Tracking through SMS in my registered phone.
    I checked the same in blue dart portal, but the reference is invalid.

    Angry Trick Sell, sell a product which is not in stock

    Hi All,

    I purchased a dell XPS laptop from letsbuy on 19th jan 2012. I needed this laptop very urgently and after lot of research i found letsbuy is offering a minimum 4-5 days turnaround time to deliver the product. The product was also shwing "In stock" so I made the purchased and was waiting for my product delivery. After 4 days rather than receiving product, I received a mail from letsbuy saying ..Applogies, the product you have ordered is not available and you can change your order and take an dell inspiron laptop of worth approx 40,000 (whereas originally i have ordered dell XPS of worth INR 54,700). First of all i never wanted to buy inspiron and second there is lot of quality/price differences. I asked letsbuy people to suggest me any alternative and after another 10days i got a response, another alternative what they came with is another Dell inspiron of similar range (approx 40k) or cancel the order.

    After waiting for almost 15days and already paying for credit card, now how does it make sense for me to cancel the order and initiate a new purchase.

    I wonder how could they show "In stock" when they don't have stock with them and why do they say they will deliver in 4-5 days when they don't even bother in inform customer about his purchase in 4 days. isn't it a trick to fool the customer.

    This way customer is being cheated by making him purchase a product which was never available with them and later on making him buy the alternative product which otherwise he would have never bought.

    I have suffered a lot because of this unprofessional attitude of letsbuy customer support, and would recommend a careful purchase with them. Earlier also i had a similar experience with them when they took the order and later on came back saying we don't deliver product in that locality. They should have some system to track their inventory and area to deliver the products.

    Please advice me possible action can be initiated against them. I want them to pay for such un-professionalism and cheating the customer.

    hi frns,

    It is very good website as i experienced.I really had a pleasant experience shopping with them, I have placed 5 orders with them(in past 3 weeks)the best part was all the orders were shipped within 6-8 days and good to see that apparels which they sent have latest manufacturing date. One is very much pleased to get products at best bargain.
    they may be doing delay in delivering the product its because of stock unavailability of product or confuse in packing department.
