Dear Sir,

I have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com online shopping website from where i have bought three producst on 16th December 2011 the details of which are as given below

In total i hav paid an around Rs 1368/- for all these products. When i have received these products the ladies bag was rustted one, the gents formal belt was not of Gucci brand as shown in the website and the ipod and watch which i have received the ipod was not in working condition. Thus i spoke to the customer representative regarding all these fake products which has been delivered to me. He had appologise me for the delivery of wrong products and told me to return the same to the address of banglore office. I have returned the same on 24th December 2011 via DTDC courier by incurring courier charges of Rs. 200/-. After returning theses products I spoke to their representative about confirmation of receipt of the products which i have couriered. Since one month i am making constant follow up for replacement but each time their representatives are giving me the false committment saying that the you will get all your products along with gift for the amount of courier charges incurred by me. But till today i have neither received my products from the 100bestbuy nor any fix committment. I have spoken to Mr. Raghav three times and each time he told me to wait 5 to 6 days. Then finally i got to speake to Mr. Prashant in 100 bestbuy.com to send me a mail for confirmation of my complaint duly lodge. He sent me the confirmation on 20th January 2012. When today I spoke to Mr Raghav again he told me that he has taken note of my order reference on a piece of paper and will forward the same to his senior person. This way i have been treated lot of time. But none of their representatives have confirmed me about the status of my order. I have made thousands of call at the customer care centre of 100 bestbuy each time they disconnected the same and if any body respond to my call then what i receive is a false committment.


Can you sir help me out to resolve my issue?
