I do a lot of online shopping with different sites like letsbuy.com, tradus.in etc But my worst shopping experience has been with this fashion and you. Even internet railway make refund within 48 hours but these people dont seem to be in a mood to refund the money. They are always buying for 2 days or 3 days and after that time also they donot reply themself and when you mail them again, again they will ask for more time. I think by not refunding money for 1 or 2 months they must be earning some interest. 1) for order no 1200448 . This was defective piece of suit. I refunded the suit on 29 dec 2011 and till date I have not got the refund. Everytime I mail them they ask for 2 working days or 3 working days. 2) for order no 1243819. we waited for this product for over a month and they sent a sorry mail of non delivery of my product and till now they are processing the refund. God knows whats taking so long. I advise guys out there to not to buy anything from them specially cloth item, perfumes, electronics. Better go for tradus.in or letsbuy.com or flipkart.com. It is too time n energy consuming to keep running for "YOUR OWN MONEY" to get it back.
