Hello Sir, I am writing this mail regard timtara .com where i place order for laptop and its worth INR 32990 and its around 2 month ago and still they are not updating me when i called and ask customer care every day i get the same excuse till tomorrow you will get you order but i never receive. i had purchased one mobile phone using timtara.com on 26th feb 2013. order no: 10401028, transaction id 10176779. i waited more than 20 days , i approached timtara no response . so i cancelled my order .

they not refund my amount rs11990.

Hi,

I had placed an order in Timtara.com (Order No. 10406820) for Micromax Canvas 2 (Rs.8991). Till now, the product has not been shipped and as usual, the customer care executives are not even responding to my call. In spite of raising multiple tickets, there was no update or reply. It has been more than 21 days and the product is yet to be delivered. Can Timtara team respond back -- I don't want to take the legal action against you but every negligence has some limits!!!

I ordered on 13/3/13 through Timtara one V.Guard A/C Stabilizer VG500 under transaction no. 10180354
Order No.10408604, payment effected through credit card , I am supposed to get email confirmation for
the transaction but not received till to date. I am unable to contact their customer service phone since
it is always engaged. This company is rendering very poor service must be put notice on forum and caution

Hi, I have placed an Order (Order No - 10383248) for 1 x WD My Passport USB 3.0 1 TB External Hard Disk on 10th January 2013. I have paid the money online Rs 5039/-, but till 13th Feb 2013 Timtara has not delivered my item, so I called to customcare & request for cancel my order & refund my money. According to them, they said they'll send a massage to the department that for that and ask to do send another request to payal@timatara.com(email). Upto now I send this mail to cancel my order & refund my money more than 5 times. Not only that, I called to their custom care more than 25 times untill now, their Customer Care executives rarely pick up the phone and when they do, they provide wrong information. Several times I have requested (written & coice) them , but they are continuously giving new reasons like wait 24/36/48 hours or wait 2/3/7 working days. Note: Status still shows awaiting shipment. Please help me on this issue & refund my total amount( I dont need this item anymore )

Hi,

I cancelled the order on 18-03-2013 and they assured me that the refund is in process and would be completed in 10 working days. Its been more than that and no update from there side. Also, No one is taking my calls there.
Seems like consumer consumer court is the only option left.

I have ordered Micromax canvas 2 on 12 March 2013, I havent recd my product yet..
Now i saw the new that this company is fraud but i want to know that will they refund me my money..

I had ordered for Micromax canvas 2 A110 on 3rd march 2013 on timtara.com via online netbanking.I paid 9000rs after using discount coupon.Till to date(5th april) i havent received the product and the status is shown as awaiting shipment. I called heir help line numerous times but they dont pick it up. I had also raised a complaint thread on their site from my account.No response to it. Luckily i got hold of the customer care executive once and the reason she gave was non availability of the product from source.I asked to cancel the order and refund my amount for which she agreed and said it will be refunded in 5-7working day. But yet my amount hasn't been refunded and the status is still showing awaiting shipment!!

I had ordered it as a birthday gift but now everything got spoiled!! I lost my money, time and so many misunderstandings in my relationships..I suffered lots of agony...I request to help me file a case against timtata and get back my money..
