I am writing this from Chennai.

I have placed an order (#10163143) at timtara.com for a Samsung note on 3rd Jan 2012 with promised shipment date of 8-10 working days.

I tried to call them many times since I was not informed of the shipment details even after 10 days. Every time the lady attending the call (even after several attempts to connect to the given number in website (033-40166500)) keeps promising that the item will be shipped 2-3 days after. This went on for the next 10 days and nothing happened. Its been 20 days now since I placed the order and I called them today, as today was their promised date (as informed me last time) for shipping the item, she then informed me that the item will be shipped only on next Thursday this time the excuse being shortage of item. Every time they keep on telling various excuses for not shipping the item and Last time it was due to some internal problems with the courier company.

I tried to call the person (Imtiaz Ahmed - mob no. 9212563227) who accepted the order and he is not attending the phone seeing my number. I asked the customer service lady to give me a land line number to contact him and she refused to provide me that.

I informed her, keeping me waiting for so long, that I don't need the item but refund me immediately, then she said I have to wait for another 8-10 working days excluding saturdays and sundays to get the money and she cannot take my cancellation order over phone. and there is no proof that I will get the item or money back.

I paid them the full amount of 30990 upfront and I have the proof of payment with me. I am totally disappointed and frustrated by the irresponsibility of the website.

I request if somebody can look into this matter and help me out.
