I placed an order online for Lenovo Essential G Series G560-(59-302790) on 1 nov 2011. my order no is 1012191 .delivery time has told 8-10 working days.timtara not able to deliver this order because of unavailablty ,on 7 dec 2011 they cancel my order for refund MY payment has been made by cheque.
i call them many time but no response .my order value for this order is 18,865 /- there refund policy is 10 days but today is 18 jan.i suspect that it is fraud company .
This is sort of harassment ,they will not shipped it,as they got the amount prior..Pls register fraudulent and cheating case against the TIMTARA.COM.They never informed me over this delayed item ,I have to follow up.All supporting documents for further consideration.
