I bought pair of 8 GB pen drive and Micro SD card from indiaplaza.com on 20th of Dec 2011 and my order number is in2012111614, as per the courier companies tracking record it says delivered to me on 23rd of Dec 2011, i am surprised to see that how come its delivered to me even though on friday when i was in office. God knows to whom they delivered.
Logged a complain ( CNT2612110203 ) in their online ticketing system and even after following up with them continiously on daily basis i can't see any action from their apart from just sorry, apologies etc.
Told them for refund and in case of if they are able to show me the proof of delivery with my signature i'll pay them double the amount. Their senoir customer care executive was suppose to call me back last week and its almost mid week now, looks like they are least bothered and soon going to close down their business. Today its almost a month time over and still they are investigating my case. Had word with my lawyer and going to file a case against them of cheating me.
Be careful with these online cheaters not trust worthy, stop buying any thing from them.
