Hi team, This is mukesh from kolkata, I was trying to recharge my airtel no 9831218038 from rechargeitnow.com through my Kotak mahindra netbanking with Rs 200, while retriving balance from bank this site was working properly but once i retrive the amount from bank and submit to rechargeitnow.com to complete transaction it showed an error: failed to recharge an error occured. And my money went in vain. Still i have not recieved money in my account its 18th jan2012 and transaction has beenmade on 16th Jan. Rechargeitnow.com is the worst site. They did not give any custmr care mo to tslk them with. I dont have any communication to write or talk. I have written to kotak bank as well but they have also not responded yet.
