This is regarding the my order number 908803119 and sub order number 39327617 (for mobile phone lava ARC 21)which I placed on Homeshop18.com on Jan 5, 2012 it was mentioned on the website the order will be delivered with 8-9 working days(Maximum) but till now I have not recieved my order.

I have called there customer care dept many times and each time they give different excuse for the delivery of the order and today they told me that if product is not in stock we will revert your money however I have not placed the order to get my money back after 15 days.

If Homeshop18 is not able to deliver the order then why they did mention earlier the product is out of stock

Please help as I am in big trouble, I am not able to attend the calls in my existing phone and sms are not visible in this and homeshop18 is not delivering my phone.
