I've Placed AnOrder With timtara.com on 17th December' 2011.

It's Been 30 Days Already Since i've placed the order...still i'vnt recieved my order. so, 5 days ago i have CANCEL the order dated 12thjan.2012, to customerfirst@timtara.com& raja@timtara.com but still today17th jan. 6.05pm no reply or call or no change in my order status also customer care service is very much bad. they are notrecieving the call. and sometime pickup the phone they are saying orderdespatch on monday,tuesday ,friday,saturday not clear reason to say me. andalso not replying to emails properly.
I've also filled a complaint about my order in the website.
The complaint id is '15513'

Kindly Do the Justice.i want an answer from these peoplesimmediately.
