I am ex trimly upset with the service of timtara. this is the first time i m placing my order via timtara and this is so far the most bad experience firstly after placing the order after 3 days i tried to contact customer care but they were not piking the call i even write complaint on the website portal but still no action taken finally i was able to make a call today morning and that customer care was truly stupid that they even don't know that my product is available in stock or not they given me some no. i tried that no. of Mr. imtiaj but he didnt ans the call as usual for timtara then i revised a call from customer service executive after 3 hour saying that the product is out of stock and they cant deliver the product they ask em for upgrading to higher product or refund its been 8 days till today and after 8 days someone says like this how will a person will feel? that product was available on a low price for a smaller time and that time is over so i cant get that now on that price due to this foolish site timtara i really don't think this is a way of treating the customer i m an regular online buyer i had bough many things online from many site but this is so far the most bad experience i am feeling like i m robbed and that's not all to the worst they are claiming themselves that refund will take 7 days more time what r u kidding? a person wasted 15 days and getting nothing is it a way of shopping? i am surly not gonna buy anything from this site and will also tell to other to stop shopping from this site of thieves its all crap and lame excuses its better to pay a bit high but u may get ur product on time with a better service hope to get my refund soon although only god knows whats gonna happen
