I've just talked to the Authority of sbi(state bank of india) sivasagar Branch, Assam about this issue and they were asking their(mercada servises) Bank account No. and the Transaction Details so that they can initiate the issues. Also Please suggest me where can i file complaint on Cyber Crime Beuro, india against indiaplaza.in.

Not Which one i believe is correct ??? the "2-3 Working Days" or the "10-12 working days"???? you indiaplaza guys proved yourself as crap again. I want the refund by next 48 hours as promised above. Hope, instead of writing unusual crap and false claims here & there, you guys do concentrate on the REFUND PROCESS. thanks.

Ok..Since its more then 48 working hours past now, i need to know whether INDIAPLAZA is still in favor to REFUND the Money or not. I'm heading towards the Cyber Crime office to File the Complaint tomorrow. I've already Taken the Print outs of the support tickets, the above replies, and the whole Drama you people have played since Dec 8 last year. Its almost 2 months and you all are still in the same place... Dont you feel Shame on it ???

And this is just to update you that i've already written a Complaint letter to the SBI(Head Office) with Proof against INDIAPLAZA. I'm awaiting their reply and will update it here.

Things are not easy now. Hope i can get a prompt reply. No HOPELESS AND CRAP REPLY PLEASE.

May i get some Details on the above email you've send to me???

if it takes 33 Days to Cancel the Order and 27 or More Days(still not get any refund yet) to Refund the amount i wonder about the Salary packages offered by INDIAPLAZA to their employees...Just clarify me whether INDIAPLAZA's going to REFUND me or not.. Please clarify so that i can move on.

Ok..i think it over now.. i haven't receive any kind of refund and i'm going to file another complaint on Consumer court now..you people seems Shameless and claiming that the refund has been done..i've the printed bank statement of january month and its clearly mentioned that i have never received any refund yet from INDIAPLAZA.
