Well, my flatmates decided to buy washing machine and tv for home. We thought of trying some online shopping site to get some good discount. I curse the moment when I went through an ad of Timtara on some other website saying some 1-2k worth discount. I immediately clicked the ad and landed into the shitty world of timtara. I AGREE : that was best price being quoted at that time as compared to any other site I browsed.

Then I went on reviews of timtara. A total potpourri I guess. Some were delighted, some highly dejected.

And we made the purchase worth around 30k.

The delivery time they quote is 10 working days. It s already been 1.5 months and counting.

I seriously didn’t come here to complain. I have done whatever I could. Talked to their floor managers more than I talk to my gf in a day. Had his personal cell no. 7890386596, Mr. Harijit/Arjit something. And now even he is so helpless i suppose, that I call him tens of times a day and he picks not even once.
Now am feeling so dejected and miserable and helpless.

PLEASE suggest me what should I do?.

a) Go to consumer court? Ask for the compensation for the mental torture they have done to me.
b) Ask for refund and face more torture of waiting for the refund assuming someone stole my money and returned back after 2months/
c) Keep waiting !
d) Any other option?

Really need HELP !
