    Thumbs down Complaint against letsbuy.com..... Cheaters.....

    Hi,
    I have ordered for 2 sets of Moserbaer pendrive in combo offer (4GB+8GB) in letsbuy on 23-Dec.

    But i had received only 1 set of the same. So i raised this issue to their customer care many times through call & mail. But didnt get any proper response.

    Each time when i call them, they give different answers as the product is unavailable, there is some problem in operations team, etc... And there is no response for mail.

    I have paid the cash & its 2 weeks now, though i have not got my product.

    My order number is LSB-739997.

    I request you to help me in this issue.

    Thumbs down Letsbuy.com Fraud

    I have ordered headphone online from letsbuy.com before 20 days but still did not get my product or the money back.

    I have email them about 25 times for that same but they give reply sometime and sometime not.

    They have given me fake shipping detail and fake shipping id 43835136236 of first flight. But first flight does not show any shipping with this id.

    It shows dispatched on their website but still not received and they even do not have any proof that they have dispatched the product.

    Hi All,

    I purchased a dell XPS laptop from letsbuy on 19th jan 2012. I needed this laptop very urgently and after lot of research i found letsbuy is offering a minimum 4-5 days turnaround time to deliver the product. The product was also shwing "In stock" so I made the purchased and was waiting for my product delivery. After 4 days rather than receiving product, I received a mail from letsbuy saying ..Applogies, the product you have ordered is not available and you can change your order and take an dell inspiron laptop of worth approx 40,000 (whereas originally i have ordered dell XPS of worth INR 54,700). First of all i never wanted to buy inspiron and second there is lot of quality/price differences. I asked letsbuy people to suggest me any alternative and after another 10days i got a response, another alternative what they came with is another Dell inspiron of similar range (approx 40k) or cancel the order.

    After waiting for almost 15days and already paying for credit card, now how does it make sense for me to cancel the order and initiate a new purchase.

    I wonder how could they show "In stock" when they don't have stock with them and why do they say they will deliver in 4-5 days when they don't even bother in inform customer about his purchase in 4 days. isn't it a trick to fool the customer.

    This way customer is being cheated by making him purchase a product which was never available with them and later on making him buy the alternative product which otherwise he would have never bought.

    I have suffered a lot because of this unprofessional attitude of letsbuy customer support, and would recommend a careful purchase with them. Earlier also i had a similar experience with them when they took the order and later on came back saying we don't deliver product in that locality. They should have some system to track their inventory and area to deliver the products.

    Please advice me possible action can be initiated against them. I want them to pay for such un-professionalism and cheating the customer.

    Hi LetsBuy,

    I have ordered a Dell XCD 35 mobile through letsbuy.com on 2nd February. But the item has still not been shipped. I have been calling the Customer Care executives to check on the status and they seems to be clueless about it. They say they dont know why its not shipped or when it would be dispatched.

    Kindly let me know the details.
