I had booked a phone on 27.12.2011 through Koovs.com vide order No. 376883. I was told that within six working days I will get my set as per company's rule.

But it is surprising that after a lapse of 15 days I am not getting any proper reply from Help Line of Koovs.com nor my product has been delivered sofar. Every time when I call Koovs.com on their help line the operator advice me to wait for another 48 hours to get my product.
