I ordered a Blackberry Playbook(32 gb) from letsbuy during discount period before new year on 29-12-2011. My order Id is LSB-753528.

For more than 10 days(letsbuy claims to deliver in 2-4 working days), I am waiting for the product to be delivered. Response I got from Letbuy is that they have ran out of playbook stock, if that is the case, how can they accept the order on first place.

They tried to offer me an outdated product but when I refused the person from letsbuy encouraged me to cancel the order by saying that he is not sure if playbook will be available any time soon.

This is not what I expected from letsbuy. My friends ordered the same from flipkart and they got the product in the promised time. I think letsbuy should learn from flipkart in terms of service and timely delivery.

I hope somebody from letsbuy take notice of this issue as I can see this forum is full of same issue reported by other users too.
