    Red face Need refund of my money from 100bestbuy.Com

    On 2nd jan, 2012 they had a promotion of sort for a dual sim mobile,"salora mobell m610" for a price tag of 1035/- Plus 100/- Shipping together the order cost was 1135/- Looked lucrative and just registered, and received a call, to pay from the customer care. I asked, when I will receive the product? he said, 'will be shipped in 24 hrs' I paid for it through ccavenue order number: 2062481. In the confirmation email I was given another link for a contest to buy LCD tv for 199/- I went for that as well.For that the order number: 2062710 from ccavenue customer service. Total Amount 1334/-

    On 5th when I enquired for the dispatch details, I was told that this mobile is not in stock, and I should go for another choice available on their website. This is something I had not expected, I wrote to service@ccavenue.Com, sending 3 reminders, but they have not replied. These fishy things are going right in the heart of big city, and even ccavenue is linked to this. I have lost faith in this portal, and would like to have my amount refunded back to my credit card mode of payment as this transaction was done through ccavenue and they can return it. I don't want this amount to be locked in this portal as credit points, as I don't want to deal with the website in future.

    I would like the authorities to take note, of this malpractice, of luring the customers with products at discounts and than announcing "no-stock" and locking the money as credit points. Ccavenue should also be warned and made responsible with vigilance.

    I hope the officials will take note of this and do the rightful, required, and oblige.

    100bestbuy : Order No. 1956174 Dtd. 27th Dec. '11 I've placed an order for a "Saree" on the 27th Dec. '11 and thru my IDBI Debit Card paid Rs. 396 immediately. Till now there's no communication from them on the dispatch and I tried numerous times their contact number in Bangalore and not once I was answered instead was always on 'automatic answering' mode. I think they've cheated me and lucky I can stomach this small loss but I appeal to others not to get lured by their "Contest" or "Other Products" and lose money. I've had dealt with Ebay and Flipkart and I always get email confirmations as well as SMS alerts on the dispatch or receipt of payment. No further mails from 100bestbuy after they took money from me. I've also paid Rs. 211 on the "Contest" and this again is gone for good. PLEASE DO NOT GET CHEATED BY THIS KIND OF COMPANIES.
