It seems Indiatimes Shopping is the biggest fraud company.
I write this complains with great regret and disappointment from Indiatimes Shopping services. Biggest mistake that I did is I ordered a product from Indiatimes. To cut a long story short, the product that I ordered is not delivered to me and no refund after 33 days. Currently its status at Indiatimes Shopping Indiatimes portal is “Returned” .

Current Status: Returned
It been more than 33 days and I am still waiting for my refund and nobody is willing to help me.
I had ordered Pram and made payment on 3rd Dec 2011 with Delivery in 10 days term. As I had not got product till 14 Dec so raised case 40386 for non delivery on 14-Dec-2011 but no response. I tried calling customer service department, which By far is the WORST customer service department I have ever dealt with. They have no information/ reason for delivery delay, just false assurance that product will be deliver in 2-3 days. I have given again remark in case 40386 on18-Dec-2011 but after that also no response from Indiatimes Shopping.
The second call (20 dec) to them was a nightmare, as when I asked for exact date for delivery, he said that they will send in 3-4 days and when I wanted to speak to a manager they have put me on hold for 20 mins and then I got chance to speak with supervisor Krishna. He told me that product is shipped with Blue Dart Company and AWB No is generated. You will be able to track shipping status online in 1-2 days and get delivery in 3-4 days.
My Third call was made to them on 23-Dec-2011 with Raja and I was surprise to know that product was not shipped and will may take another 4-5 days and still they could not provide me exact delivery date and asked to me to contact operationhead@indiatimes.co.in for escalation and early resolutions.
I don’t know why supervisor Krishna told false statement for product shipment. Is India times shopping really a fraud portal? I rate this as very poor customer service.
I have sent mail to all operationhead@indiatimes.co.in, escalations@indiatimes.co.in, customerservice@indiatimes.co.in, icare@indiatimes.co.in on 24-Dec-2011 for the same. I have got below response from Escalation Desk’s Sudhir Raj:

With reference to your complaint, would like to inform you that your order has been cancelled from our end. As the product was out of stock. So, request you to kindly wait for 2 to 3 working days for the refunded amount. Also, please confirm once the refund will be credited back to your card.
We thank you for your time and patience. We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is most important to us.

I have re sent mail on 28-Dec-2011 to all to inform that still I have not refund with below question but no response.

Why you have not sent message for product out of stock before escalation?
Why supervisor Krishna told that product delivery from blue dart when product is not available?
Why I have not got refund?

I have sent one more last email on 4-Jan-2012 to inform that I have to use last option (consumer court).
So till the date no refund and no response.
