I have purchased a deal from website dealsandyou.com (Order:234699 )}, when I tried to reach the vendor(Hazel-eyes Hair & Beauty Salon, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad.) 15 days prior to appointment date she was not giving appointment and she forcibly gave an appointment on 28th September 10:30 AM and claims that her calender is not free till 6th October(Last date to claim deal) and that was the only time at which she can give the appointment, which would have never worked for me as I work for a reputed organization when I called her several times for canceling the appointment she didn't pick up the call and I finally reached her on 28th morning and at that time she was denying to cancel the appointment and reschedule. The way Vendor responds was not professional and ethical she was speaking in a very rude way.
After that I called dealsandyou customer service several times in this regards and the only response that I got was "We are escalating this to concerned department and this would be resolved in 3 business days." I spoke with your representatives Samanyu Varma, Nidhi, Anshul and many other who denies to provide their employee id( which they are supposed to when the customer claims). What kind of customer service are they offering???? To whom are they escalating this issue????? When will this issue be resolved????


It looks like they are playing around with people by taking their money and not providing any kind of service for the same. After that I have mailed them several times they never fixed it. I received a call from one of dealsandyou representative(Vijay) on 12/10/2011, he asked me to call the Vendor(Hazel-eyes) to reserve an appointment for the deal, and he claimed that he already spoke with vendor and in turn they would reserve my appointment. After 15 minutes from there I've called the Vendor to reserve appointment, I was surprised as she literally denies to give an appointment and in turn ask's me to call deadlsandyou and was Adamant, she speaks in a rude and unprofessional way.


One fine day on 14th October 2011, I received a call from one of their representative who confirmed that I would get the refund back to my account in about 3-5 days which I haven't received it yet. I have saved the emails for reference. I would be obliged if the consumer court fix it.
