I bought a mobile phone through indiaplaza.com on 19 Dec (Order no IN1912111797), with a promised delivery within 3 days. However, even after 15 days, it's still not delivered. I've already called the customer care many times. And every time they ask me to wait for two more days. I also raised a ticket online (PH2612110049) on Dec 26th and even after ten days it's still in open status.

I was regular customer at indiaplaza.com and had bought many things over the last few years. However, my current experience has totally shaken my trust in them.

What options do I have to escalate this issue?
