I have Ordered a Bajaj DX7 Dry Iron through LETSBUY.COM My Order No: is 738565 on 22nd
Dec'2011 i paid through Credit card, Today date is 5th December, Till Now i have not received the product. Their Commitment is 2 - 4 days from[COLOR=#000099 !important]the booking of Order,


When ever i call [COLOR=#000099 !important]Customer Care[/COLOR] their Saying u will receive the product in [COLOR=#000099 !important]24 Hours[/COLOR] from 26th Dec'2011 onwards they are saying same thing till today. I am not getting the [COLOR=#000099 !important]answer[/COLOR] and they are not even cancelling the order, Some time they are disconnecting the Line with saying anything.

When I ordered they given [COLOR=#000099 !important]the Blue[/COLOR] dart Courier [COLOR=#000099 !important]Number[/COLOR] as : 43835073855 and they showed [COLOR=#000099 !important]the status[/COLOR] as DISPATCHED and i have inquired with blue dart Customer Care they are saying that we have not received the such type of Consignment form Letsbuy.

After Confirming From Bluedart and i asked the lets Buy now they are saying that we have not shipped u r order (Said By Customer Person: Varun) Now they changed the order Status as In-process, LETSBUY People they are not giving Correct Answer when my product is Going to Deliver , Its almost 15 days they are not delivering the product and not cancelling the order
