I ordered a Toshiba 24" LED TV model number 24PS10ZE on 19th of December last year. Till now I have not received my consignment and the status of the order remains awaiting shipment. When I had placed the order, the item was in stock and delivery was promised in 8-10 working days. But the customer care representative is now saying that that the item is not available now and they will need more time to ship the product. Please help
