Cheating by Homeshop18 Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your kind notice about the problem I faced on shopping from Homeshop18. I ordered for Sony PS2 console and the freebies mentioned on the website are 2 games ( Motorstorm Acrctic Edge and Street Cricket Champions). When I received the products, I didn't received the promised freebie (Motorstorm Acrctic Edge game). I am chasing up with them since 19-Dec-2011, but till now no concrete answers given, only false promises were made.
The promised freebies are still mentioned in their website, it was mentioned in the bill, also on receipt paster on couriered cartoon.
I am now frustrated with the interaction, and not able to get any escalation contact, only I can post comment on the ticket and call Customer care.
My Homeshop18 order id is 908226731 and opened ticket no is 68838789.

Mail kar dena yaar,i need that badly to prove my point.Neither There INVOICE show SELLERs i.e HOMESHOP18s Name anywhere nor there is any TIN No .

Finally a good gesture shown by Homeshop18. They refunded me the partial payment for the freebies mentioned that not delivered. Better late than never, thanks to Homeshop18.
