Koovs.com has been cheating its customers Left, Right and Center.
I placed an order with them for a Jabra Freeway Bluetooth Speaker for value Rs. 5999.

They said the material will be shipped in 5 working days and delivered to me in 7 working days.

The order was placed on Dec 21, 2011.
Since today, Jan 4, 2012, I am yet to receive any [COLOR=#009900 !important]Tracking[/COLOR] Details.

I wanted to cancel the order after waiting till 6th working day, so I placed a call and got the procedure.
After placing request for [COLOR=#009900 !important]cancellation[/COLOR], they have still not bothered to respond to confirm the request for cancellation.

Neither have a received any other details.

I believe this website should not have a certificate for selling activities, because clearly they can not deliver as per their commitments. And after that they have left their customer [COLOR=#009900 !important]waiting to[/COLOR] get any response from them.

STRICT ACTION MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST KOOVS.com
