I had purchased two gandhi mug coupon during their promotion for gandhi jayanti during 1st oct 2011 and as required sent the coupons for orders before end of oct 2011 itself. From then on I have written atleast 10 times to them and written on facebook with each time their replies that the order would be completed shortly and it has been assigned to some person and he/She will contact you. Alas nothing has moved forward and my money DID get stuck with them. Now they have removed the order from my orders section in their site, just a open ticket remains without any answers from their side. I have lost all hope of receiving back my money. Please help!!!
