I recharged my mobile through ICICI bank, which i usually do most of the times with no issues. But this time, i recharged my cell through ICICI prepaid mobile recharge, with the amount of Rs. 111.00 ( Aircel - Maharashtra ) which was unsuccessful, but the amount got debited from my account. no messages or any communication through the Oxigen in regards to this recharge.
I waited for few minutes and suddenly recharged my same mobile through same procedure again, but this time with the amount of only Re. 1.00. with no delay i got two messages from Oxigen as this amount ( Re. 1.00 ) is not available for recharge, and again my ICICI account got debited with Re. 1.00 for nothing.
My Issues are :
1) If the urgent mobile recharge is still pending/ not-done/ not-going-to-happen, then why providing such services ??
2) If it is still Pending on their servers, even after 10 hours of e-recharging, then, just credit back the amount. As 10 hours of attempt is not acceptable anywhere.
3) even though Re. 1.00 is a small amount, and when you ( Oxigen ) don't find any option from the service Provider, don't even think of keeping it with you, but just credit it back from where it came.
4) If there are any Network issues or Server issues going on, just don't accept the amount.

( only first two and last four digits of mobile digits are displayed for privacy )
What I Want Now : Please don't attempt to recharge anymore, and credit back my cash. ( Rs. 111.00 + Re. 1.00 )

The amount ( Rs. 111.00 & Re. 1.00 ) got credited on 5th jan 2012.
I called up the regional customer care and got it cleared as they say, the amount gets credited back if unused... within 5 days, and i got it back.
