    Default Frustrating Experience with LETSBUY.(CHEATED)

    I had ordered an ASUS LAPTOP (X53SC-SX492D) on 12-14th December, 2011 from LETSBUY with ORDER NO. LSB 719777
    At the time of ordering the product was showing as "IN STOCK" and to be delivered within 4-7 days...

    Similar to many other users LETSBUY disappointed me and on the 8th day i receive a mail from them telling that the product has suddenly gone OUT OF STOCK and they are trying to procure it and will deliver at the earliest.

    At the time of ordering i was on a vacation and wanted them to deliver there as i expected that they will deliver within atleast 12 days... but then they failed and i had to return.

    Now they are cheating on me by telling they cannot change the shipping address since that is allowed within 1 day of placing the order.. even though it is in this case their fault that they didn't deliver by the time promised.

    Secondly i now dont want to buy from them as now it is close to 15-17 days, i have sent a dozen of mails to their so called CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM for cancelling the order but no response from them.
    I now have a feeling LETSBUY is a FRAUD, guys learn from "FLIPKART".. atleast they dont break promises on product delivery.

    AND the most irritating thing is that the same LAPTOP MODEL from ASUS which they told to me as being OUT OF STOCK to me is being shown as AVAILABLE and also promising a delivery time of 4-7 days. (GUYS how many more guys are you expecting to cheat under this scam).

    I want ORDER NO LSB 719777 to verified at the earliest and if their is nothing you can do (not even change the bloody shipping address) then i would like to cancel the order and never ever dream of buying anything from LETSBUY.

    Default Being cheated from LETSBUY.com

    I dont know how LETSBUY will ever be able to earn goodwill in the market if the keep cheating customers like this.

    Pl. help me get my money back in the consumer court. I was a fool on having trusted them.. but i will make sure i never make this mistake again and advise others also

    Hi,
    This is about an unfortunate experience with Lestbuy.com, I placed an order online for Blackberry playbook. At the time of placing the order website showed a number of playbook's available (i ordered one) and I chose letsbuy over flipkart to order the product (my biggest mistake) now at the time of delivery I am being informed that there is no stock of the playbook and can be replaced with one of the samsung tab tablet (which i am not interested in) or refund the money. I have lost the opportunity of placing the order elsewhere, since there is no stock available. This has been embarrassing moment for me to believe letsbuy.com, I should have not been allowed to place an order if there was no stock or inform me the very next day about the limitations so that i could place an order elsewhere.

    Default Letsbuy- overbooks Playbbok and defies online laws

    I had the same experience. They offered a dumb Samsung 1010 compared to the Playbook. I had to refuse. I demanded to keep my order live. My friend ordered from Flipkart and it was delivered today- a delay of 3 days, but was delivered nevertheless. Dissapointing online experience Letsbuy! to say the least

    You know what, This is a very lame response that BB playbook sold before u could realize. It's your duty to not to accept orders after any product sold out or not available in your catalog. Now you have to honor the commitment.

    My Order LSB-753528 is still in process. i ordered BB playbook(32gb) and its over 10 days and its still not delivered.

    And please stop offering that old galaxy tab for God's sake customer is not fool. we ordered playbook as it was offered on discount from bb and you guys have already screwed the whole fun. Just deliver the playbook asap.

    Dear Sir,

    I have placed a order for the toaster (model no Russell Hobbs RPT603 4 Slice Cool Touch Toaster)before 20 days.The order no is LSB-727108.They have assured me that our maximum time for delivery is 4-5 day,but when i did not received the order in that given time,then i call to there customer care,but they have said to me that the toaster is not available in the stock,and we will provide you another company toaster,and the same will be dispatched within 48 hours,but still now i have not yet received the order.I have talked to them several times and mark several mails to them,but still my problem is still not resolved.
    On saturday 31 dec,when i have talk to them,they are saying that there is some technical problem and they do not know,when the product will be dispatched.Kindly pls help me in this regards.This seems to be a fraudlent company on the internet cheating with the customers.The intention of the company seems like,they are in hurry to collect the money from the customers in a short period of time,and run way

    Default ShopYourWorld FRAUD Website

    I had placed three orders on ShopYourWorld.com. Order numbers are 201111-20177, 201111-20609 & 201111-20789. All three orders were cancelled more than a month ago. They had promised refund in 15 days, however I've not received refund so far and they haven't been replying to mails. I will now have to initiate legal action against them to get my money back. I urge all not to purchase anything from ShopYourWorld.com. It is the no.1 fraud company in india. You should also read other complaints posted here and other web sites. Looks like they are making more money by stealing customer's money than by selling products.

    Default Bad Experience with Lets BUy

    Order Number:LSB-829693
    I had bought BB PLaybook 64 Gb from Lets Buy last week , the product arrived in the good shape and as per specs, but I am really Unhappy with the way delivery was made, 1st they took 3 Days to ship the product, when I got confirmation that product was with the shipper, I presumed that the product will be delivered next day, but on checking next day found that they misrouted the product and delivery will take time, so I had to call them to pick up the product from there Mayapuri Office as I had taken leave from Office, the call center of shipper said that product was in Mayapuri and she has kept it on hold, when I reached mayapuri I was told they sent it to Rohini, then I had to go to there Rohini Office to collect the Product . 3 Hours wasted in the Delhi Traffic


    Bad Shipper, too much time taken to make delivery , better to Buy products from Other retailers if the Price is same.
