    Default Item not delivered by Indiaplaza

    I had placed an order of Kindle Wifi Sponsored (Order no: IN1811111020) at Indiaplaza on 18th November 2011. They claim on their website that the product will be delivered within 15 business days. It has been 40 days and I have not recieved it. Indiaplaza is not allowing me to cancel the order as they claim that the product has been shipped. They are not able to give an expected time of delivery as well. They have not left any course of action for me and expect me to wait indefinitely. Following are my pain points:

    1. Customer is not intimated about any delays in shipment. It is assumed that the customer is responsible to track the delivery.
    2. False delivery time is given by customer service representative. It seems that each representative is trying to get rid of the customer call and hope that he will not call back again.
    3. No response to the tickets raised by the customer.

    I wish to cancel my order and get a full refund. I request other members of this forum to think twice before dealing with Indiaplaza. It would be better to buy the product offline rather than buy it with them.

    Did you recieve ur Item by 13th Jan?

    Its a curious question to me...

    Because these idiots (Team Indianplaza) are making false promises now and then...

    With immense respect to Indiaplaza, I would like to inform that I have ordered for a PEN, embedded with a personal message to give a surprise to my wife this Valentine Day, which turned out to be disappointment for me.


    Till today morning, the order which was scheduled to ship on Feb 11, 2012 is not yet shipped. Moreover, it is showing 'Ready to ship' in the status tracking since Feb 8, 2012.


    This is my first engagement with Indiaplaza and I am extremely disappointed with the service; definitely I am not going advocate Indiaplaza to my friends, colleagues and family.


    Still I hope the CEO can solve the problem and get the order delivered to me in time. Thats why wrote to him. But he did not bother to even respond to my mail, I am taking this forward and formally lodging a complaint against false commitment and wrongly setting my expectation.

    As a result of this, my reputation is at stake and I demand the cancellation of my order and refund my money in the next 5 days. In addition to this, I demand a compensation of Rs. 15000.


    And I am not going to change my stance. Already lodged a complaint against Indiaplaza at ICRPC

    Hey,
    I ordered 2 quantities of a book with Indiaplaza, Order No.I08021201855. When i received my shipment on 10-Feb-2012, I found only one book whereas i had already paid
    for 2 books. I have raised a complaint with them, Complaint No. CNT1002120111 regarding my missing item. I have not got any communication from them regarding my missing item till date. Everyday I am calling their Customer Care number twice though i get a constant unaltered reply " Your missing item would be shipped today".

    I have not experienced such a pathetic customer service with any of the online retailers with whom i have placed orders.

    Indiaplaza is totally unprofessional, Unethical and Customer Un-Friendly
