    Angry Fraud by dealsandyou.com

    I had ordered a Blackberry Bold 4 phone from dealsandyou.com on o4/11/2011 (ORDER NUMBER - 282669). In the ad posted on the website at the time I ordered it was mentioned that the order will be delivered to be in 21 working days. After 21 days had passed i called them again to enquire about my order. I was told at that time that the material is not in their Inventory and I have to wait for 14 more working days. When i asked for a Refund i was told that it takes 3 working days to approve my refund request and 7 working days for the money to reflect in my account (10 days total as per their company policy). After some consideration i told them that i shall instead wait for 14 days to get my phone. i have called 5 times since then and everytime i was told that the phone is not in their Inventory and iam to wait for the told time of 14 days. I called today (28/12/2011) again to know about the order status, I was told the same thing to wait. When I got a bit irate and told them that i will take legal actions, all of a sudden, contrary to their normal policy, I was told that my refund has been approved. This is when I had not even requested a refund. I was told by the customer support executive that the money is being refunded because they didnt have the material in their Inventory at all.
    My complaint is
    1. why was an ad put up on the website when the Phone was never in the hands of dealsandyou.com
    2. why was i made to wait for such a long time when they never had the object in their Inventory.
    3. and how did they suddenly change their own policy and suddenly approve a voluntary refund when i had not asked for one
    I would like a suitable compensation against these complaints and the prolonged mental harassment faced by me and an apology from an authorised person from dealandyou.com. No apologies from customer support executive will be entertained.

    Default Pathetic Online Portal

    I had placed an order for Blackberry Torch1 on 26th December 2011. As per the 2 to 7 working days policy of Deals and you the product had to be delivered on 4th
    January 2012. I have been following since 30 th December 2011 regarding my handset. Till date they just tell me to wait for another 24 to 48 hours. I have made several calls to them, sent several mails. But all they got to say is "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED" but still the same. Pathetic people and the worst online shopping website till date.

    We're really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. As you're made aware that DNY doesn't hold any pre-stock inventory. As the orders are placed by our end customers, inventory orders are placed with different vendors. When orders were not procured due to non-availability, we decided to process a refund. We're really sorry for the mishap.

    I have ordered a datson car polisher on 17-04-2012 through deals and you ,id is 520034 , Instead of sending me datson product they sent me coido car polisher ,which is of cheap quality . the market price of coido INR 458 & they have charge me INR 1099 . is our money free for charity . when i call deals and you the customer representative is saying me to call the vendor for the change in product , Is this my responsibility to check the product before dispatch . so i want my product change or refund my money .now when i call customer care they say wait for48 hrs this is happening after every 48 hrs they ur complaint is still open , then they disconnect the call.
