Naaptol Fraud Hello,
I have ordered (order no. 2163054) Vox mobile some time back and got the mobile in damage condition. I complained and return it back for replacement. I got another mobile in better shape but mobile not detecting any SIM, when SIM inserted it gives message like “No SIM & No Network”. It seems that it is IMEI related problem in the mobile or it may be a Chinese duplicate mobile with VOX branding.
I again contacted your customer care but did not get any +ve response, all the time response is like you will get call in the next 48 hours. Even today I did call to customer care and response is the same.
When I said that I want to return the mobile and get my money back then I got vox (company) number to contact it but did not get any response.

Thanks for your response.
But the same response i get through phone whenever I talk to customer care of Naaptol.
Please share complain id (through which i can track) with the contact person mobile number.
And also let me knoe the time frame by when i can expect the issue to be solve.

Hi,
As per your reply as you have escalated the matter to concerned vendor, please clarify when they will contatc me as 48 hours (as told by ur customer care executive) gone pass and I didnot get a call from them
Reply me soon or let me know if i should move consumer court ?

Thanks for ur reply.
As per your mail, as i have to get a call from vendor but today has gone pass and i did not receive any call as of now.
I have a question .. do naaptol has any sort of agreement with the vendors or Naaptol is just working like a "partune ki dokaan".

It is relay difficult to deal with these people .I received my order that was used, damaged and incomplete .I send back and it is received as per courier by Napptol but nobody is confirming it from Naaptol on mail and phone .

Defective, Damaged VOX mobile deliverd by NAAPTOL! I got a courier from NAAPTOL & Paid 3800/- to receive a damaged, defective VOX Mobile.
My order no. 3094368 , I complained to Customer Care & they said your issue is
"We have escalated the issue to our concerned vendor team, you shall receive a call from them within 24-48 working hour"
But the problem is un-solved, is Naaptol really interested in solving the problem ?
Please do not write to me that your issue has been escalated & will be sorted out with in 24-48 hrs, please solve by refunding.
It is my hard-earned money, don't play with it.

Why donot you reply to my queries and even after getting ur mail regarding concerned vendor will contatc me within 48 hours, No one has ring me up from vox or Naaptol, What a rubbish your customer care is.

Hello,
You are escalating that is ok but is not it your responsibility to track the same or your responsibility ends once you escalated the matter to concerned vendor.
I am writing here for the last one month but to no avail, every time your response is like escalted the same and concerned vendor will contatc me in the next 48 to 72 hours, but no one is contacting me even after one month.
Please take my concern seriously.
Chase the concerned vendor seriously and provide me the address on whick i can send mobile to get my money back.

Naaptol fraud- mobile accessories missing Hello,
I ordered LG FATHOM VS750 from naaptol on 2nd january, 2012 for RS. 5999. (order no is 3151367)
I got the parcel containing mobile handset but no battery, no cable, no ear phone.... official seal of LG was broken and naaptol made its own seal.
What I have to do with a mobile without battery?
If anyone from naaptol official read this then do some needful because it sucks my ind now.
