Dear Sir,

It is requested that product purchase from Starcjalive (online shoping) vide Order No.- Order No. 2011-09-021959 (Sunflame Glass Top 3 Burner Gas Stove (ROI)) was cancelled. I had paid the amount by net banking on 02-09-2011 I could not get the refund till date.


Order No. 2011-10-12-023306 (Reebok Playlite New with Formal Shoes GUR)
Formal Shoes was missing in the delivery Box.
After complaining, a order No. 2011-10-22-028664 (Admiral Formal Shoes GUR-NEW) was generated but the product yet not reach to me.

In spite of regular complain no action is taken in this regard.

Please look in to the matter as earliest.
