I purchased on Samsung mini laptop on 1st December, prepaid order. the laptop was not in stock still letsbuy accepted the order. later proposed me with a alternate product, i still agreed to it. but it has been more than 27 days still nothing happened. written mails to the customer care no positive response. on the telephone helpline they always talk about 24-48 hours deadline. i called up them almost 30 times. nothing coming out.
I had a word with the supervisor Mr. Liton , they assured me a positive response in 24 hours, nothing happened 4 working days passed . Such a poor escalation mechanism
this is the worst online shopping experience i had ever had. they should do some thing asap. very poor service![]()

I Purchased SPICE MI-270 (White) on 15 May 2012, prepaid order. The Mobile was not in stock still LetsBuy accepted the order, twice reached customer care but they confirmed the product will get deliver with 7 days. Its been a week still i haven’t received said product. Today I gave a call to the customer care (Ms.Anikita) she suggested me to cancel the order. Surprised to hear from the executive that the product is out of stock. And this is coming to me when I reach your customer care. This is the pathetic situation where a customer has no chance to do other than cancelling the order. I would appreciate if you could cancel the order within a day and reverse my amount back into my account.

My Order No : LSB-1026248 Pnasonic HD LCD TV ordered on 29th April, Its been a month now, they haven't shipped the product yet.Their disgusting Customer Care where I have wasted my time and money, the only thing their representative have been trained to tell is about 24-48 hour deadline. One representative by name Manu told he will arrange a call back from logistics team with in 7pm on 21st of May, its been 4 days where is the call back. Such a poor escalation process, I doubt a escalation team exists.
This is the worst online shopping experience i had ever had.Lets see at the consumer court. I want a refund with interest. I have wasted lot of money on calls to there stupid customer care and wasted my time.
