sir, i mohd.avez have ordered a pair of shoes to the yebhi online shpping website , as per their commitment product would be recieved on or before the 5th working day.bt today 5th working day have been finished and i haven't recieved my order. and plus the confirmation mail which was forwaded to me contained the yebhi's contact number for any queries bt whenever i have called the number its says "the number u r trying to call doesn't exist"NUMBER IS:01147283111.i have being suffering from mental harassment .and they have provided me the air bill number to track down the order from the courier service, but the courier service it provided "yebhi logistic cod"doesnot have any contact no. and whenever i tried to search this courier service through google, this courier service wasn't found so i m unable to track my order also.so in brief i want to register three complaints:1)order yet not received even after the commitment date(max. 5 working days)(2)contact number provided me doesn't exist (3)the courier service they provided , i am not able to track it to check my order status.
so please help me out to get me compensation. please help me out now as i am mentally suffering or harassed.waiting for your positive response.
