Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I feel cheated and robbed by Myefox.
I had placed my order way back on 18th of July,2011, Order no. 2202 but because of their irresponsibility I haven't got the parcel yet.
Everytime I tried to contact them and tried to sort out the matter with some responsible authority, I didn't get a response from their side. This is highly inconsiderate and unacceptable at this level.
When their manager Catherine talked to me, I saw some hope and felt the matter could be solved, she even promised to look into the matter personally and to come up with a solution asap. Alas! soon she too reverted back to their "don't reply" policy.
Sir, the thing is the receipt they sent to me shows they sold me the goods for "0" dollars i.e. I paid nothing for the goods, in other words they did not mention the price of the goods. Hence, the customs at India with-held the parcel because the price was not shown. So, it was a big blunder from their side.
Secondly, I had bought the "insurance" which they provide while making the payment which they claim would provide me the security from the goods being kept at the customs or stolen during the delivery. This is very clearly mentioned in their website, if they had not deleted it after reading my mails I had sent so far.
Sir, kindly help me and others who have been victimised by this organised online fraud.
