I purchased a Sony Ericsson xperia Neo V on 5th December 2011 and till today i it not delivered and even i didnt get any airway bill. The site says the product will ship in 8-10 working days and lots of days is already over by today(24th Dec). I already wasted more than 100rs by calling thier customercare number. They always request and pleed to wait for two more days but the result is always same, i didn't get my product. For the last one week, they are saying their vender in Noida already dispatched the product to Bluedart(courier agency) and it will be shipped in next day(waited the whole week) and you will get your airway bill number tomorrow. Iam still waiting. I mailed them lotf times, to both customerfirst@timtara.com and raja@timtara.com. I am not getting any kind of response to my mail. So guyz, i am begging you to not buy anything from them, they will provide rs 2000, rs 2500 off to trap poor people. DO not believe them
