Hi all,

I order BlackForest Cake with 12 flower boquet and a teddy bear from Indiaflowerplaza. And it a mid-night delivery, which charge me Rs.200 extra. The total amount they chrged from me is Rs.1195.

The order happen by the gateway of CCAvenue

My Order Number: CART29627915.

They accepted my order and not delivered on said day, Dec 20th 2011. The amount Rs.1195/- had been deducted from my account.

After knowing that they failed to deliver, i sent them a mail about their undeivery status , asked them to return back my amount atleast. Then i called them over phone to 0091-98861-38863 and +91 - 93760 42782.
A lady responded to my call( very rudely- its really very humilating) and accept that she saw my mail and told that she will do the delivery and return my money mid night delivery amount.

But it didn't happen. niether any delivery happen nor i got any amount from them. After that i didn't receive any mail about the cancellation of my order nor any phone call.

But when i tried nowadays, nobody is there to take my call( i doubt on activating my phone number on Call barring service),

I read all these forums after this happens, believing them that they will not undeliver my order. It looks like they have big network in cheating people like me.

I want my money back and I want that consumer court will take some action against them. I read so many complaint against this site, but still no action is taken against them, i dont know why?

Please aware the consumer -that they should not place any order on this site and please bann this site, as if you know they cheated with so many people.

I hope consumer court will take this on high priority.
