I placed online order for I POD from 100bestbuy.com, online eCommerce website advertising products and claiming that these rate are promotional and the products are original from the companies.I received call from the company for the product ordered that i will be getting the original IPOD cable and ear phone. After that i received the confirmation call from the company that my ordered product has been dispatched to my address within 5-6 days and i need to pay Rs. 699 on cash on delivery. On 28th November 2011 i received courier and after paying him cash of Rs. 699/- I opened packet in front of him and found only USB Cable in the packet but not the I POD and ear Phone. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy. Then i called them few times but no one response me and it showed that they are busy, suddenly one of their executive received the call and i told him about my problem and he told me to replace the product to our address. Then i did the same and within 8 days i got it . This time i got all the product. Its a good experience for me but main thing is i got my product as they mention in their site and it really awesome.
