I order a Samsung laptop from indiatimes.com with order number : 3000008231, they commit to deliver 5 to 7 working days, but i didn't got my product then after several days and several calls and emails, they finally canceled my order, now its been 10 days after canceling my order i didn't received my refund till date, each time i called them or email them, they say same phrase "Sir, please wait for 24 to 48 hour, you will get your refund", then 48 hours over so i called again, again they said the same thing, then i called again after 48 hours, then again same response, and this cycle is continued till date.
