Dear Sir,

I purchased a mobile phone on koovs.com called nokia e6 on 13th december because when i called they said that they could ship the product immediately.after placing my order they did not ship the product even after 4 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i kept calling and they kept telling me that they would ship the next day but they did not ship it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! finally i cancelled my order and as they requested i sent a mail to sanjay@koovs.com and info@koovs.com with my account details on 17th december!!!!!!!! i kept calling them everday and they always made an excuse by saying that they would call me the next day with my refund details and that they have cancelled my order but no one ever called me i always had to call them!!!!!!! finally i purchased a phone from elsewhere and now on 22nd december despite agreeing to cancel the order they shipped the item!!!!!!!! i am completely frustrated by the service of koovs.com and i urge everyone to never purchase from this site again!!!!!!!!!!
meanwhile i am also going to file a case agianst them legally if they do not refund my money like they agreed at first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
