Action against letsbuy.com I have ordered 2 items from letsbuy. One Alienware Orion backpack. Another one is a 32 GB microsd. The microsd was delivered within 3 days,but turns out that it package didnt contain the card itself,only the package. The backpack hasnt been delivered yet,even after 2 months. The customer care never helped,leaving me with very few choices. Some reading on google showed that this is not an isolated incident and we could well be having a very competent scam going on or the most incompetent service to date.either way the consumers are the loosers. Those with yet to be resolved issues,please reply to this as we may be able to do something as a group rather than acting individually.

Ordered one portable hard disk, but cancelled Hi,
i had ordered one portable harddisk 1TB [Iomega] from letsbuy.com and it was supposed to ship in 24-48 hours. had called the customer care
after 36 hours and got to know that it will ship and i'll receive in another 3 days. full amount was paid for this purchase.
now today i got a mail stating the order has been cancelled and mentioned "unavoidable circumstances".
there is no particular reason stated itself!
the refund itself is gonna take another 3-21 days!..
wondering if i should buy anything online from now on.

Order not shipped Dear Sir ,
I bought a external harddisk from letsbuy.com on 08-May-12
but they never shipped the item .
Now they are telling item is out of stock .. please help me get the item
